Abstract:
Dr. Vliet will give a brief history of the use of Renewables in the U.S. followed by an assessment of the current economics of solar and wind energy. He will also briefly discuss a couple of topics he has dealt with, and address some aspects of renewables which will affect their future use in our energy economy.
