What is SWE?

 

SWE stands for the Society of Women Engineers. SWE is a national organization for women in the fields of engineering and computer science. SWE offers numerous scholarships for members. SWE at Baylor is an organization of highly motivated and dedicated young women (and men!) Officers plan many events throughout the year for all students to promote engineering and the School of Engineering and Computer Science at Baylor. Monthly meetings with topics of special interest to SWE members are held. Past topics include: Career/Resume Information, Life After Baylor, etc. Social events are also planned throughout the semester to give students a break from school work. Check out the rest of our website to find out what SWE at Baylor is really all about.
