Almost every major vehicle manufactuer today have some kind of FCV technology. Some only have working prototypes, while others already have production models. Here are a few highlights:
- Mercedez-Benz A-Class F-Cell Vehicles

In June 2004, Mercedez Benz delivered the first fuel cell vehicles to German customers Deutsche Telekom and BEWAG/Vattenfall Europe. In the F-Cell A-Class, the entire fuel cell system and the hydrogen cylinders are located in the vehicle’s underfloor unit; the interior and the luggage compartment can thus be utilized to the full. This vehicle can accommodate four occupants. Its high-torque electric motor makes for a dynamic driving style in both city and country traffic conditions.

- Ford Focus FCV

The Focus FCV combines high fuel economy, performance, and comfort with desirable electric vehicle attributes such as improved noise, vibration, and harshness, and zero emissions. The four-door Focus was modified slightly for packaging the hydrogen fuel cell components.

- Honda FCMC Scooter

This vehicle is based on a 125cc scooter of the kind popular with commuters worldwide. Space has been conserved by placing the electric drive system on the rear-wheel swing arm, and by placing the fuel cell stack in the centre of the vehicle, with auxiliary systems compactly arranged around it. The result is a scooter comparable in size to an internal combustion engine vehicle of the same class.
