Wednesday, November 4, 2009, 12:20, Room 312, Rogers Bldg.

Abstract:

Over the past 24 months, the automotive industry has moved from record volumes to $4 gas prices to teetering on the brink of failure to government ownership. I have seen 2 major shifts in demand and alot of betting of what the consumers will want to buy. The current momentum is toward Hybrid vehicles. I will discuss a few specific development problems with Hybrids.
