The purpose of this laboratory exercise is to introduce you to the
following:
1. The Use of Couplers as a Method of Monitoring a Signal at a Point
in a System or of Splitting a Signal.
2. Using Simulation Tools such as ADS to
show expected
results
3. The Use of Linecalc to Calculate Circuit Dimensions.
For this exercise you will need to turn in the following items:
1. Summmary
2. Discussion of Results (Your Answers to Questions 7A, B, C, and D
at the conclusion of the Laboratory Write-Up)
3. Printouts and Tables as Given at the end of the Laboratory

4. Laboratory Write-Up Including Experimental Results
